SugarCheckBot ("we", "us") provides a Telegram-based sugar-tracking coach. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your Telegram first name and numeric user ID (used to personalize responses and identify your account)
• Food/drink items you send us (text or photos), used only to generate your sugar verdict
• Your logged sugar totals, streaks, and timezone preference, used to run the 30-day challenge and dashboard
• Basic payment metadata from Razorpay (order ID, payment ID) if you subscribe - we never see or store your card details, which are handled entirely by Razorpay

How we use it

Solely to operate the bot: generating verdicts, tracking your progress, sending your daily briefings, and confirming payment. Food/drink text and photos are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a response, and are not stored by us beyond what's needed to show your meal history.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything beyond running this bot.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on our hosting provider (Railway) and is only accessible to the bot's operator.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by messaging the bot or contacting us directly.
