SugarCheckBot's Yearly and Monthly plans are one-time payments that unlock full access to the bot's sugar-tracking features for the stated period (1 year or 30 days respectively). These are not auto-renewing subscriptions - you won't be charged again automatically. To continue after your period ends, you'll need to purchase again.
Verdicts and sugar estimates are generated by AI and are best-effort estimates, not medical or professional nutrition advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns, especially if you have diabetes or another condition requiring precise sugar tracking.
If you're not satisfied within 24 hours of purchase and haven't substantially used the service, message us on Telegram for a full refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days. After 24 hours or substantial usage, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Since plans are one-time payments (not subscriptions), there's nothing to cancel - your access simply ends at the end of your paid period.
Don't use the bot to submit abusive, illegal, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.
